Plasencia Year of Tiger
February 1 marks the beginning of the Chinese New Year and the symbol of this year is the 'tiger' - Plasencia 1865, along with Davidoff, Drew Estate, Maya Selva and VegaFina, have launched their cigars for this celebration, but besides the use of 'tiger' in the name, there are few similarities. Both companies have chosen the colors red and gold, which symbolize luck and wealth in Chinese culture. Plasencia, like many other companies, chose to put the cigars in boxes of eights. This is a reference to the fact that eight is a lucky number in Chinese culture.
