Fonseca KDT Cadetes is a Cuban cigar featuring Vitola de Galera KDT Cadets, 115 mm (4 1/2 ”) long and a stock of 36 (14.29 mm) and a 40-minute smoke with a smooth flavor. Ligadas de Fonseca are made with selected casing and gut tobaccos in Vuelta Abajo, Pinar del Río province, hand axed with long or short guts. Part of the short casing production comes from the Semi Vuelta area. Francisco Fonseca was a person who stood out for his elegance in Cuban society at the end of the 19th century. Always concerned with his looks and manners, Fonseca founded a cigar brand to which he gave his name, and from the beginning was concerned that it reflect his care for form and appearance.
